Walk-In & Same-Day Appointments
Requests are accommodated based on therapist availability. To best ensure your relaxation time is scheduled, book your appointment in advance or check with the 24-hour hotel front desk regarding last-minute availability.
Hours
Spa services are offered daily from 10-6 pm by appointment. Advance reservations are recommended to ensure preferred appointment times. Credit card and contact details are required at the time of reservation to guarantee bookings.
Location
Elements by the Sea Spa is located on the second floor above the main lobby of The Hallmark Resort & Spa, and can best be reached by taking the elevator in the lobby.
How you can prepare for your pampering…
Arrival
To fully benefit from your visit, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Give yourself time before your treatment to fill out out any paperwork. Please allow additional time if you’ve pre-reserved any hydrotherapy services or body treatments. With a hydrotherapy service, you’ll change into a cozy spa robe and sandals, and then relax in the Spa’s comfortable environment. We recommend scheduling showers and steam rooms to accompany your services, readying your muscles or at the end of a treatment to enhance your state of relaxation.
Attire
Come comfortably dressed; our treatment rooms offer privacy where you undress completely. You will be draped with a sheet throughout the service. When necessary, robes and sandals will be provided to you.
Shaving
Guests should shave at least 12 hours before any facial or body treatment.
Healing Atmosphere
Help maintain the relaxing and healing atmosphere by turning off your cell phones or devices, and by speaking in quiet, respectful tones while inside Elements by the Sea spa. All guests deserve to enjoy the serenity of the spa. The spa is a non-pet and non-smoking zone.
Late Arrival
Treatments are carefully planned to accommodate each and every client. In the spirit of mutual respect, guests are asked to arrive on time. Late arrivals will be finished within the scheduled treatment time while the fee remains unchanged.
Children
The Elements by the Sea Spa is open to all hotel guests, age 18 and over. Children 12 to 17 may use the Spa if they have booked a treatment and are accompanied by a parent.
Payment
We accept all major forms of payment by credit card or by gift certificate obtained through Gifted, Inc. Payment takes place after your service has concluded.
Personal Items
The spa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items and valuables during the visit. It is advised not to wear jewelry to the spa. Please note we do not have lockers available.
Personal Comfort
Your comfort is important to us. Please tell our therapists what you expect and if you have any injuries or special considerations. Ask questions if you need more details to make an informed decision regarding your treatment style and type. Special preferences for a specific technician or gender of therapist may be requested. The trained professionals properly drape guests throughout the spa service and strive to accommodate requests based on availability. If you need assistance during the visit—such as an adjustment to lighting, sound or temperature, or to the pressure or technique of the spa service—guests—you should not hesitate to speak with the therapist.
Pregnancy
The spa offers specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. The therapists are available to assist in selecting suitable treatments for this special time. It is also advisable to consult with a physician prior to booking if you have a “high-risk pregnancy” or have had complications during your pregnancy.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, we request 24-hour notice for cancellations and groups of 3 or more we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be held accountable for the price of their service or a minimum charge of 50% of their scheduled services.
Gratuities
Gratuities are greatly appreciated but not included in the price of Elements by the Sea Spa services. Generally between 15-20% is normal and may be given at your discretion in appreciation for exceptional service.
